Paul’s ministry shifts from public preaching to public defense as opposition intensifies and he is arrested and brought before governing authorities. In Acts 23, God preserves Paul through a conspiracy and reminds him that his mission is not finished—he must testify in Rome just as he had in Jerusalem. In Acts 24, Paul stands before Governor Felix, confidently proclaiming truth while unjustly imprisoned, and Felix delays a decision despite being deeply convicted.

God’s faithfulness is not limited to seasons where everything is going well—sometimes His protection looks like sustaining us in difficult assignments rather than removing us from them. Like Paul, we are called to be faithful with our witness and leave the timing and outcome in God’s hands.
