Good friendships sharpen us, helping us grow in wisdom and become more fruitful in our walk with God (v. 17). These relationships not only encourage us but also help shape our character.

Proverbs reminds us that just as water reflects the face, our lives reflect what is taking place within our hearts (v. 19). We are also reminded to give careful attention to what God has entrusted to our care (v. 23). This includes faithfully providing for our families and being responsible stewards of His blessings.

God often uses others to sharpen our character, helping us become wiser, more gracious, and more faithful. What a blessing to have friends who speak truth with love and walk alongside us through life's seasons.

Who has graciously spoken truth into your life and helped you grow? Give thanks for them today and continue building that friendship.
